I do alot of handwork such as binding quilts and pillows, handquilting quilts and needleturn applique on a long term Hawaiian quilt I am working on. With kids in the house it was starting to get tricky leaving my little sewing station on random places around the house so I thought I would whip up a little needle book for my handsewing notions. I found
this adorable tutorial from
lots of pink here.
It was fun to make and brings joy to something that makes me so happy...workin away, my thimble and I:)
I added a little crewel embroidery just for fun.
This makes me happy!
Happy Sewing and thanks for stoppin by!
I have been looking for a pattern for just this very thing - I am looking to start going to a quilting class and my sewing kit isn't very portable. You are a star!!

DeleteI love seeing a need and then finding a way to fill it. And when the outcome is as cute as your little pin book, that makes it even better. Thanks for sharing it with us.
